Getting Started
Logging in:

Please use the email you registered with, and the following for the password: OLLW2021

The password is case and space-sensitive.

We recommend logging in at least 30-60 minutes before the start time in order to familiarize yourself and also to make sure you don't have access issues.

Use a VPN? If you're connected to a VPN, you might have difficulty accessing the platform and/or viewing the Livestream. Please turn this off and connect to your personal WiFi
During Programming
Watching the Livestream
- Once the event goes live, you'll notice a "Join Live Now" button at the top of the page! You can click directly on that red button and it will bring you to the live video player. Or, you can click on the session title on the main page, under the schedule.
Sound Check
- The video will automatically start, but the volume may be off - please make sure that you hover over the player and click on the vertical soundbars inside the player. If you can't hear anything, make sure your computer sound is on too!
Group Chat
- During each session you will see a chat box open, feel free to chat to others or click on someone's name to direct message them! We love our little community!
