Lambda Legal's story began In the Empire State when a band of volunteer lawyers founded the organization In New York. Since 1973, New York has been home to our national headquarters; each year we welcome guest from across the country for our biggest night of the year-- Liberty Awards National Dinner- We know 2021 can be our best year yet; we hope you join us.
Connecticut
Connecticut has a lot to offer not the least of which is a group of dedicated volunteers and their commitment to full equality. Each year, we organize 'Connecticut Cares' a one-of -a kind event that celebrates the CT community and raises crucial funds in support of Lambda Legal. We're here and we're ready. United. As one. Washington D.C.
Lambda Legal's Washington D.C. office was established in 2016 to bring Lambda Legal's commitment to combatting inequality in the court room to Capitol Hill. Our local volunteers make this work possible through their support of the annual Washington D.C. event. This year, supporters from across the Beltway are coming together to declare when we work as one, we win for all. Join us.
